IPHONE6の液晶パネルです。
ガラスが割れた状態ですね。
今日は、割れたガラスを液晶から取り除くところまでご紹介いたします。
まずは、ホットプレートみたいな機械に乗せて
温めます。
次にガラスの淵に着いているベゼルと言うものを取り除きます。
温める事により、グルーが柔らかくなり取れやすいのです。
ベゼルの両サイドが取れたら、上部から極細のワイヤーを
液晶と、ガラスの隙間に滑り込ませてワイヤーを左右に動かしながら手前に引っ張る様にします。
そうすると、ガラスと液晶が剥がれます。
手に持っている方が液晶です。
ここまで終わったら液晶テスターでチェックします。
ここまでの工程で液晶がダメになってしまうこともあり、ホントに慎重に
しないといけません。
液晶には、まだ接着剤が残っているので、これを綺麗に取り除く作業になります。
